My Journey...

Discovering, Exploring and Embracing my feminine energy has involved much desire, passion and purpose for something different that was always inside of me. However, it took some inner work and acceptance to learn how to embrace my feminine energy without shame, guilt, people pleasing or self sabotage. Without much thought, I made the decision to embrace what I was discovering about myself. Through deep reflection, mediating, journaling, reading personal development books, discovering women who were effectively balancing both their feminine & masculine energy and the greatest of them all, spending time with God, I Discovered Inner Her by understanding Who I am & Whose I am.

During 2018 - 2023, I severely lost myself. My self worth was at its lowest. I was dealing with postpartum depression, in relationships with men where I felt like I wasn’t good enough. Putting theirs and others needs before my own, emotional and psychological abuse. Drinking to hide my pain, filing a restraining order and the biggest one, ignoring the red flags my institution was alerting me of while trying to be open to love outside of myself. These experiences and lessons lead me to realize that I was GREATER than where I was and had been. I became comfortable with what I thought would make me uncomfortable. The time had come to go deep within and Explore Inner Her.

The first action of accepting and Embracing MY feminine energy was purchasing cute and sexy lounge wear. If a set embodied inner her within me, I selected the color and size I needed and added it to my cart. I didn’t allow self-sabotage any room, space or energy to rob me of embracing this new energy I was allowing myself to receive and embrace. The pieces came and I felt amazing! I knew with no doubt or shame, I deserved this and so much more. And that was only the beginning. A new, healing, God fearing love interest came into my life.
